Before you order
Do the people I meet need an app?
No. Scanning the QR or tapping the card opens your card in their browser, and one tap saves you to their contacts.
What if I change jobs or my number?
Edit your live card any time. The card in their hands keeps pointing at it, so nothing needs to be re-etched.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, any time before you approve your etch proof. After approval the card is made to order for you, so the order is final.
What happens if I don't renew?
You get 30 days of grace. After that your card page shows your name and an inactive notice until you renew, and your QR and chip work again right away.
Can I order more cards?
Yes. Extra and replacement aluminum cards are a one-time charge from your dashboard.
What artwork works best?
Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) etch sharpest. A high-contrast PNG at 300 dpi also works, and we check every file before your proof.
